“Our staff took a collective deep breath in Big Bear. It was such a great time away to be with staff family and spouses. The cabin and the lodge hosted our group perfectly. It had everything we needed. We spent time learning together and having fun together. It was also the most wonderful way to send off one of our staff pastors who at the time was preparing to move after 14 years on staff! We are thankful!”
"We had a group of five couples, so everyone had their own bedroom. We rotated responsibility for sharing the meals and found the kitchen so well stocked. Everything we needed was already there. Enjoyed using the tables and had our meals outside on the deck since the weather was good on the last weekend of April. What a great retreat facility. How wonderful to have this available for our district to use."
